It’s No Wonder He’s Number One!
Every so often you meet a bodybuilder who is very different. They radiate a mysterious strength, power, and charisma that is seldom seen. You may not be able to put your finger on exactly what it is that is that makes this person stand out, but something special is definitely there; they are a champion.
We all have dreams… We all want to believe that we will succeed at something in our lives, whether it is helping someone else, change the world or even just graduating high school. We are taught many lessons through life, however nobody can teach us more about who you are than yourself. Unfortunately most of us go through our lives without ever fully knowing who we are (what our beliefs and values are). Most people dabble their way through life never deciding to master something that they truly want and believe in. All too often, people settle for much less than whom they are. These people allow their jobs and negative people affect their lives everyday and continue to live a life that they never wanted in the first place. Far too many of us fall short of a goal that we really want, either because we are too scared to commit to something, maybe we don’t like to step out of our comfort zones or we just allow other negative people to run our lives.
Living a full life involves taking some risks. Making career decisions and taking action may involve physical, emotional and financial risks. How you approach risk-taking will have a big impact on your career.
There are physical risks associated with just about any type of work, but some occupations are more hazardous than others. For example, working with power tools or toxic materials may be riskier than working in a “desk job.” However, you can reduce physical risk on the work site by taking safety precautions.
Positive thinking brings inner peace, success, improved relationships and better health. The daily affairs of life move more smoothly, life brightens up, and there is more happiness and satisfaction.
Positive thinking is contagious. People around you pick your mental moods and are effected accordingly. Think about happiness, good health and success, and you will cause people to like you and desire to help you, because they enjoy the vibrations that a positive mind emits.
Ask any person who is successful in whatever he or she is doing what motivates him/her, and very likely the answer will be “goals”. Goal Setting is extremely important to motivation and success. So what motivates you? Why are you in college? If you are in college because that’s what your parents want, you may find it difficult to motivate yourself. Sure, it’s possible to succeed with someone else providing the motivation for you. (“If you graduate from college, I’ll give you a car!” or worse “If you don’t graduate from college, you won’t get a car.”) But motivation that comes from within really makes the difference.
Here are some money saving tips. Some of them are great and easy ways to save money. Others are still good, but may require more sacrifice or take a lot of time to payoff. And remember, a penny saved is a penny earned.
